Medical hackathon organized at European Health Forum Gastein
Story
2018
The first edition of EHFG Hackathon, during which the winning project is ``GoBot``, based on an application that helps young people return home safely after exploring the city at night.
2019
The main goal of this edition was to create a solution that would convince those who were not convinced to get vaccinated.
2020
Due to the pandemic, we are organizing the EHFG Hackathon online for the first time, and the prize pool is already EUR 25,000.

About The Event
Since 2018, together with EIT Health, we have helped organize a hackathon as part of the Gastein European Health Forum. The hackathon promotes collaborative competition and aims to gain knowledge that will result in new ideas. The call is open to anyone interested in developing innovative solutions to health problems.
The 72/48-hour duel features participants from all European countries, and among the topics covered were both the problem of vaccine aversion, alcohol addiction, and managing medical care during a crisis.
