UPC Think Big
Wspólnie w stronę nowych technologii
Think Big is UPC Poland's multi-year program for entrepreneurs creating and growing with new technologies and social innovators.
Think Big is a program for entrepreneurs from the Central and Eastern European region, specifically Poland, but also the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia and Hungary. Innovative companies that thrive on new technologies and see potential in cooperation with a telecommunications giant like UPC are taking part.
UPC already has a long history of working with startups. Liberty Global, which owns UPC Poland, has already invested more than $150 million in their development.
The first edition of the program was won by Izzy Bike, a Polish chainless bicycle project. A year later, the best was Egzotech, a robot for neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation, and the discovery of the next edition was Elephant, a smart home alarm system.
